ABOUT US
For over half a century, our family-owned manufacturing facility, based in Foshan, Guangdong Province, has established itself as a globally recognised leader in the production of premium aluminium profiles and wood-plastic composites. While our origins are deeply rooted in a 50-year legacy of craftsmanship and engineering excellence.
Unlike conventional second-generation WPC decking—which consists of a single, porous, UV-sensitive blend of wood fibre and plastic—our third-generation product features an advanced ASA co-extruded outer layer that fully encapsulates a robust WPC core. This is not a laminated coating; it is a molecularly fused, 360-degree protective shell that will never peel, flake, or delaminate. While second-generation boards fade, chalk, and stain noticeably within six to twelve months of outdoor exposure, our ASA surface delivers exceptional weatherability. Independent QUV testing (3000+ hours) shows a colour change of less than Delta E 4.0—imperceptible to the naked eye—while the non-porous ASA layer repels dirt, oil, and moisture, making cleaning effortless. Furthermore, ASA offers superior scratch and abrasion resistance: where traditional WPC shows visible marring under standard scratch tests, our surface remains unmarked, resisting wear from foot traffic, furniture drag, and pet claws.
So why choose us? We are a multi-generational family manufacturer with over 50 years of expertise, rooted in Foshan—a global hub for precision building materials. While many suppliers offer "co-extruded" decking, few have mastered ASA processing to our standard, and fewer still combine it with such deep manufacturing heritage. Our quality is recognised internationally, not just claimed. Perhaps the most practical benefit is zero maintenance: second-generation decking often requires periodic sanding, sealing, or repainting, whereas our third-generation ASA-clad product simply looks good year after year with nothing more than an occasional rinse. In short, second-generation WPC is yesterday's solution; ours is tomorrow's standard, available today from a family you can trust.
